FEEDBACK REVISION REQUEST

Hi,

We have a client to whom we sent out the wrong item (our error). Since then We have replaced it with the correct one and the client has wrote back to us via messages regarding their satisfaction. They are having difficulty revising the feedback. Can any mods help? This is what they wrote to us :

"I went to the feedback page and the negative feedback is no longer there. The new feedback should appear soon Amazon says."

Its been more the 24 hours since then but the negative feedback is still there.

Feedback cannot be amended - just removed completely I believe.
