Amazon have kept all my funds again. I can understand holding a percentage, but keeping all my money like crooks is unacceptable. How can my business function?
I need to have some funds released please as soon as possible and I want to make a complaint.

There is no formal complaints procedure for Amazon, and this is not the place to ask for help for your problem - we are all just other sellers like you and have no access to YOUR account. You need to open a case with Seller Support 'Help'.
Hello @Seller_XNcRQKVtVCkVP,
@Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGidis correct, sellers and moderators have no access to your account and thus can not see what the issue is.
If you would like to elaborate on your issue, i.e. when were your funds release last, what steps have you taken in the mean time, perhaps other sellers will share their experience with you and perhaps provide the steps they took to have the issue solved.
A case ID will be ok if you want me to look into it.

@Spencer
Actually Spencer I would like to know how to get hold of my earnings which are now being held in "Account Level Reserve".
Firstly I would like to know how the amount is calculated
Secondly I would like to know to WHOM I can appeal in order to get my earnings realeased.
You do not need to know any details of my account because what I want ot know is what are the PROCEDURES BEING FOLLOWED.
@Seller_uK2aGVnqbtliE Hello - unfortunately your tag for @Spencer_Amazon will not be seen as not highlighted in blue - like this one is. You need to start typing their name then select from the dropdown for it to be seen.
Your question is very valid, as it seems that many sellers have huge amounts held in reserve, and far more than needed for any potential returns/refunds.

Hello pgorman441,
I'm only selling in the United Kingdom, am only FBM and use Amazon Buy Shipping - it may be different for you...
On the Payments Dashboard:
Product Charges + (my) Shipping Costs = Sales
Beginning Balance (from last period's sales - less Amazon charges) - (Az) Shipping Costs and all other Amazon Current Period Charges = Net Proceeds
Sales - Amazon Fees = Account Level Reserve
So your charges from amazon are deducted from this period's credit and the payments to you are withheld until each order's Due Delivery Date + 7 days has passed (por the end of the current payment period)
When your sales go down, Amazon's current period charges reduce and you get more of last period's finance...
This system is what Amazon tell us they've been applying to new sellers and have now 'made it fair' by appling the same rules to all sellers (who haven't requested that this system be deferred to next September).
Hope that's a help
All best
Brian
Thanks Brian. I am hoping that the ALR will stabilise now.
You may well have a legitimate complaint against Amazon - it is the sort of scenario that crops up here again and again. Unfortunately you do yourself no favours by attacking other sellers - in this case Jilly who is one of the most experienced sellers who regularly posts here.
Life on Amazon is difficult enough as it is without sellers making inappropriate comments about other sellers
