Account Lock for 2 step verification

Hi all,
My account keep locking multiple times for no reason.
it needs 2 steps verification.
When I have created a case with AMAZON help, they sent me this e-mail,
basically am not doing any of those,

Some of the following actions can cause problems when using trusted devices:
• Your browser prevents the use of cookies.
• You have cleared your cache or cookies (check your web browser settings).
• You have made updates to your computer, device or apps, including your web browsers.
• You are accessing Seller Central from a different web browser than the one you used to trust the device.
• You are using a browser toolbar that has access to browser settings.
• You are using a private browser mode or programs that hide your identity. This also includes proxy or VPN servers.
• If you have used the Seller Mobile App, opting out may reset this feature on your mobile device.
• Accessing Seller Central across different locations, networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) or changes to your IP address. If multiple users use the same credentials, it can affect all users. So make sure everyone accessing your account has their own login credentials.

Can someone help me please ?

What exactly is happening? Are you always being asked for the code but not receiving it?

Hi @ Awsam_Farjo,

Could you please provide more details on the error you are facing? Is it connected with the OTP code delay?

Below you can find resources about the Two-Step Verification process:

Two-Step Verification

Please let us know, in which step you face an error.

Thanka!
Julia.
