Lost Almost All Featured Offer Elligibility Last Night (100s of items)

We have been selling new books on Amazon for 15 years and we have always been eligible for the featured offer (Buy Box). We have several hundred items for sale and until last night our average Featured Offer % has always been above 50%. This week we had days when 60% to 70% of our products were Featured Offers. Last night we lost our featured offer eligibility across almost all of our ASIN'S. Now less than 10% are eligible.

Our account health rating is 216, ODR is 0%, our shipping metrics are perfect, and our feedback percentage is 98%. Lifelong feedback is also 98%.

This sudden and bewildering loss of eligibility is terribly alarming as almost all our sales are through the featured offers. Last night after this happened we had no orders at all.

Can a moderator here please see if this is a glitch of some sort, or, if not, please explain why our listings were determined not to be eligible anymore for the Buy Box after 15 years of eligibility?

We’ve been selling books here for almost 22 years, FBM.

Also have a health rating of 216 with no defects. (Even spoke to someone at Account Health who said our account was excellent).

We lost FOE on all listings about 6 weeks ago and have not been able to get it restored. No explanation.

We went from selling a dozen books a day to a few a week.

This makes me sick! I am so sorry to hear this. I hope the problem gets resolved. This is peoples livelihood folks! We put our sweat & blood into having at times a very painful relationship with Amazon because we want to be a bigger part of something. Can someone from Amazon please advise on this?

I am no expert but foe can be fixed by flip of a switch. they proved that to me the other day and fixed my account

Welcome to Amazon. They have done this to me on my Seller Account at least once or twice a year and the only thing you get in return to your inquiries are canned responses. I hope you can figure it out.

This started for me in 2022. I will lose the FOE for a week or two and then it returns. It's happened 10 times over the past 2 years. I can't make sense of it. I's not correlated with any apparent AHR or metric issues. 20 years selling new and used books FBM.
