Parcel2go TNT service

I want to utilise the TNT express service to send a sample to China though It appears to suggest TNT won’t collect from my home address? “help chat” said no problem with collection but contradicts what is stated. Has anyone used this service?

Collections are between 9 a.m and 5.30 p.m. Please note that collections and deliveries can only be made from and to business addresses on the TNT Express international service."
