We are FBA seller, and have our own brand. Recently we started our EU stations, including Germany, Spain, Italy, etc. But we never have the buy box. We carefully check everything.

1. The account is healthy.

2. No other sellers for the same ASINs. We are the only one to sell these.

3. It is FBA and already many inventory.

4. The reviews of our account is very good.

5. We have buy box in other stations, like UK, US, Canada.

We contacted the help center, but the answer is always that they won't tell me what is the reason of that.

We are desperate. Can anyone help us to get the buy box?

We've just activated our first product. We are a Professional Seller with available FBA inventory and below-market price. Despite this, we don't have Buy Box. This makes the launch impossible to be successful. Can anyone from Amazon Support help?

Yesterday before 1 PM I was in the Buy Box on almost all of my >100 products. Then suddenly all my listings became unavailable to be featured. For example, for one listing the current Buy Box is 20 EUR FBA while my price is 15 EUR FBA and not in a Buy Box. Similar situation is on other listings.

• 90+% of my reviews are positive
• The products are of course authentic
• There is no chargebacks
• My account health is 264

Do you have any ideas about what I can do?
