Amazon just as crooked as some of it's buyers
A buyer left a negative feedback 1 star - In bold letters stating…
“THIS SELLER IS A CHEATING CROOK THAT BUYS TIME AND WOULD NOT LISTEN TO SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS TO REFUND WHEN ITEM IS NOT NEEDED ANYMORE. THEY TAKE THERE TIME IN SENDING ITEMS AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT.”
The customer order on Friday the 19th. Order shipped on the 19th. The customer never asked me to cancel or sent me any message. Until…
The buyer opened a return on 21st which I accepted.
Delivered on the 22nd.
Please note, my ship by for this order is the 23rd, delivery by the 30th
Amazon will not remove the feedback because of “policy” even though it is full of lies.
It’s not even a case of my word vs the customers because Amazon can see for themselves what has happened via messages and tracking.
Clearly their policies does not protect us sellers. They are happy to take our money and treat us like s**t.

If you did not receive the buyers cancellation request before you dispatched the order then its up to the buyer to follow the returns policy. When the seller marks the order as dispatched an email confirmation is sent via Amazon says the order can no longer be cancelled. The negative feedback appears to made during the estimated delivery period and therefore struck through as below
Amazon will strike-through feedback in the following cases:
- The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfilment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.
- The entire feedback comment is solely related to delayed or not received deliveries, for orders shipped on time by the seller, with tracking, using Buy Shipping.

We shouldn’t need to provide proof of defamatory conduct when Amazon can see the order process with times and messages between us and customers. Their feedback system is simply not fit for purpose.
