VTR Warnings given again
yet another warning of being under the target of 95% tracking. I am up to 91.7% and since that figure was reached I have tracked another 30 items but they are not showing up for some reason. This is so stressful and I am sure is a form of harrassment

When were these sent though ?
You need to remember that your report is based on the PDD (promised DELIVERY date) of your items, not the order or shipping date.
Today’s report is for items with a PDD of 28 Nov - 27 Dec.
It is not harrassment.
Do you send all your items tracked ? - not necessary if low value items.
How do you post ? - PO, C&D, other method ?
If you use Amazon’s Buy Shipping you will eventually achieve a perfect VTR - either 100% or N/A if nothing sent tracked.

They won’t show up - only the defects show on the report
Are your items all tracked , just not getting scans ?!

they are apparently scanned by the post office but not by the royal mail on the way. I had a metric of 91.7% and did all those trackings exactly the same but now the metric has gone down to 90.% even though I have now sent 36 tracked items since. I just dont understand it all
