Additional information is required to complete your account registration?

I have been trying to finalize creating my account but under Identify Information it says:

Additional information is required to complete your account registration

Please provide the information requested and also check for any emails sent by us on what is needed to complete the registration process.

But it is nowhere specified what information is needed? I have already verified my business through a web conference call and it says on the page that both my business information and primary contact is green and verified. So what else do they want?

And support is of no use as they say:

We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes.

Like what?! This is specifically related to identify verification and they say it is not?? Anyone else know what this is about and who is supposed to help me resolve this?
