Products removed due to Product Policy Compliance

I am stuck in an endless loop of copy and paste answers from amazon and want to throw my laptop out the window.

I listed some new products the other night and amazon has removed some of them.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get a human being to look at this? I think I have sent about 20 emails as they keep closing my case with a copy and paste answer that I am or have been selling milk or food for infants.

I do not sell and food items. All items I sell are baby clothing. I am slowly being driven insane by the useless system amazon have.

There must be something in the listing, that makes the bots think that the item is some sort of food item. Have you reviewed them and found the issue?

What exactly is it that Amazon are saying?

As per above, do look for wording that a bot may get confused by. Look in other marketplaces too as sometimes the issue can be in france for example.

Flagged as potential duplicates? Same product name, so it’s possible.

I agree with other posters, that it is likely to be the word 'Milk" being picked up by the AI bots.

I suggest that you delete all listings of a similar nature and then make new listings making sure that there is no reference whatsoever to any foodstuffs etc. Also remove ‘Vegan Friendly’

It is better to do this before you build up any great product reviews as they would be lost to the old listings.

You might also, perhaps, include some images in your comms with amazon, and state clearly as a bullet point in your message…

  • ASIN GHPXX***PIL - This item is NOT food. It is clothing

  • ASIN ZZXX***MNX - This item is NOT food. It is clothing

etc…
Good luck!

We’re having the same issue trying to upload a new file for jeans, the system won’t accept it even though values are correct. Have been given multiple conflicting replies from (laughably called) Amazon seller support. In our long experience dealing with them you’re better off simply deleting the listing and doing a new one, it’ll save you your sanity in having to deal with them. They have got to the point over the years, that it’s becoming almost impossible to list products.
