Baby Food Product Compliance documents for UK

Amazon just removed my ASIN due to the product compliance issue. Can anyone tell me what documents to submit to reinstate the ASIN and where to submit the documents because I don’t see any request or option in the “Product Compliance Requests” to submit the documents?

I contacted Amazon support but they are simply rejecting my requests.

Go to your account health page and under Policy Compliance / Manage Compliance there should be highlighted issues. By clicking on those, there should be notification of what is required. You should see something like this:
