New UK account deactivated the last 8 months
I;ve been trying to get my newly account activated for the last 8 months as i have not began to sell on and i just get the standard
our Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. This decision was made after reviewing both your account and the information that you provided. For more information, review the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement:
So far i have provided

Current Appointments Report;

Business Bank Statement;

Articles of Association;

Memorandum of Association;

Statement of Capital.

Passport

Certificate of incorporation; and

Business bank letter
In order to verify my personal identity,
- Passport; and
- Personal bank statement and
- Home Country Driver License
I’m at a loss what more i can do as i seem to be out of appeals and can’t seen to do anything at the moment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Kindly consider the below points as a requirement for the documents before a submission:
- Should be valid (not expired, revoked, or closed)
- Be high-quality, in color, and unobstructed (not angled, blurry, or cropped)
- Show the full page , its should not be a screenshot
- Display matching information (such as your ID number or name) that you use to register to sell on Amazon
- Be scanned images, or a photo taken from your mobile device’s camera (no screenshots)
- Display the full document (front and back, if applicable)
- Be less than 10MB in size
- Be in one of these formats: gif, png, jpg, pdf, and docx.
- Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #)
- Be authentic and unaltered
- Name and address must be visible.
- Could be (your options will display in a drop-down on the page) a water, electricity, gas, internet, telecom bill issued by the utility company, or a mobile phone bill.
- If a utility bill for the given address is not under your name, provide a utility bill associated to the address used to register, and any other supporting documents that prove you are operating from that address, even if the bill is not under your name.
- Must be issued within the last 90 days.

Did you provide any utility bill ?
Kindly share A utility bill dated within the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service with name and address visible.
Please make sure the documents you provide should be in very clear, display the same information that matches info you use to register to sell on Amazon, be authentic and unaltered.

Yes the last document i sent was a phone line bill with the company info as is registered on seller central,
Please let me know if you have any other ideas? I can’t upload anymore appeals as the option is not there anymore.

I can’t seem to appeal anymore as the option is not there anymore,
When i try to go through seller support like you suggested i get an automated email right back saying that this email address is not for appeals, please go to account health,
As i mentioned the option to appeal is not there anymore

any other ideas that could help out… I have submitted all that is required matching exactly the LTD address,
Seems im out of appeals as the option to submit more documents is not there.
I try as well through contact us option and automated response right back saying this is not the correct email address for deactivated accounts
at a loss right now as there is no way for me to contact support at the moment.
Any help would greatly appriciated.

This is getting worse by the minute lol my account now says invalid so there is no way to submit any more documentations or support as i just get an automated email saying this email is not the correct email for account health please.
