How to write product ID

I want to list a product who is already listed on amazon but I want to list it with different ASIN , IS IT POSSIBLE?

and a product which is not listed, how to write its PRODUCT ID

If the item is already on Amazon, and has a barcode then you must list it using that barcode.
The ASIN is allocated by Amazon, not you - it is Amazon’s Standard Identification Number.

If a product is not already in the Amazon catalogue then you either have to buy barcodes from GS1 (the only ones allowed on Amazon - not from other sources), OR apply for GTIN exemption for the product.
