Product Authenticity Complain Got rejected, Cant verify the supplier
We have received product authenticity complain for a beauty product. Submitted invoices but Amazon rejected the invoices saying that they cant “Verify” the supplier. Amazon asked for Supplier’s supplier invoice and authorisation letters.
To get your listing reinstated send us the following required documents and information from your supplier’s supplier:
– Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders or authorization letters from your supplier’s supplier issued in the last 365 days.
– If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain.
– If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.
Our supplier was kind enough to provide all these documents. However Amazon still not removing the violation and not sure what else we can provide to verify our supplier.

were the invoices made out to your in your business details exactly as you are registered on amazon ?
Is your supplier a trade only supplier - not retail at all
and did it have their address, phone number and most importantly their website address on
and it wasn’t a pro forma invoice ?

Interesting! I’ve spent all day today trying to deal with one of these. Whoever submitted the trademark notice has done so using some AI thing. Presumably it’s done so incorrectly, but can I get to the bottom of it with Amazon? No. I keep submitting the info they’re requesting and they simply send another email saying they need more info, the same info I just submitted. I’m so stressed out right now! Don’t need this crap. And Amazon is getting worse

Can you post the ASIN of the item so the forum people can see the advert and see if there are any blaring issues.

Hi
We submitted the same invoices and authorisation letters and this time amazon accepted them and removed the policy violation. Strange why they didnt accept it at the first time. We submitted the same documents!
