I have previously provided feedback on the ‘lost the buy box’ issue by opening a CASE and chatting with online customer service. And have been unable to resolve the issue, all with the same perfunctory response.
During this time, I checked my shop's account health, customer feedback and performance notifications to make sure nothing was wrong. I really doubt this is an Amazon bug, I've seen many of my fellow sellers on the forums reacting to this issue, but the resolution is very slow! This issue has a very serious impact on shop sales!

The mods have requesed that all lost buy box queries go onto the dedicated thread on the forums for this. They usually close all other threads as duplicates.

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
