Problem with colour map on asin. Please help

Hello Everyone,

I listed asin B079NMWF6G and sent the item to FBA

I then noticed it was suppressed - so i looked and it was change colour and change colour map - I have done this for 2 or 3 days kept adding Pink, Purple clicking Save. No good - still same errors and so I contacted Amazon for help - they said wait 24 - 48 hours ( I knew this was just to get me to go away ) So I told them I had been trying longer than that, but will wait 48 hours more.

so 48 hours later as you can guess - still same errors, SO i contacted them again.

They come back with this

I understand that you have contacted us in regards changing the color and color map.

Thank you for providing us with the values of the color.

In order to solve this issue I request you to do a full update to your listings by uploading a full feed file.

  1. Please follow the steps given below to download the templates:

  2. Login to your Seller Central account.

  3. Open Add Product via Upload

  4. Select the category from the Product Classifier Tool

  5. Choose the template type as advanced

  6. Enter the SKU, item name, manufacturer, Director and so on.

  7. Provide all the information which is required and marked with Bold letters.

  8. Under “Update Delete” enter “Update”.

  9. Please follow the steps when you populate the template

  10. When the template is opened kindly click Enable editing and enable content.

  11. Please do not alter the header of the template (If the header is altered the template will be corrupted, so I request you not to touch the first three rows.)

  12. Update the template with the valid values only.

  13. Save the file as tab-delimited text file.

Please refer to the data definitions in the feed file to know the information of the attributes and how to submit the data.

When you are done, save a copy of your file as a text file (save as tab delimited text).

  1. Go to ‘Inventory’ in Seller Central to ‘Add Products via Upload’.

  2. You can upload the file in the “Upload File” option

  3. Select Upload Now to submit your file to Amazon.

I cannot even see this option Select the category from the Product Classifier Tool

Why they could not get the relevant department to fix the error I do not know. !

Could someone please help point me in right direction to solve this problem please.

Have you tried adding it on the notification in your suppressed listings in your inventory?

Hi Little Shop.

i did, but when you clicked on the suppressed listing ( this asin ) it said nothing to fix

Somethings broke somewhere…

I just looked again and it was there this time, it wasn’t 4 or 5 days ago. Just updated…

Fingers are crossed - but you just never know… Maybe admin are doing something considering it wasnt there and now it is…
