Incorrect Competitive Pricing Applied
Hello fellow sellers and Amazon moderators,
I’m reaching out to escalate a **serious pricing issue** affecting one of my listings, which has been wrongly subjected to Amazon's **Fair Market Pricing / Competitive Pricing Policy**.
The price was previously held at **$29**, which aligns with the **official brand MSRP** and the **manufacturer’s own website**. However, Amazon has now restricted the Featured Offer due to a supposedly "uncompetitive" price, dropping it down to **$13.99**—a value that **does not exist anywhere on the market**.
I’ve **already submitted a case to Seller Support** with full evidence, including a link to the official product page from **The brand's website** , which clearly shows the product priced at $29. Despite this, Amazon has insisted the current pricing is based on other "reputable retailers," yet **refuses to disclose which retailer or product it is comparing against.**
**This appears to be a case of incorrect product mapping**—where Amazon has likely compared this ASIN with a different item of similar name or appearance. This not only blocks the Featured Offer but causes **financial and operational harm** to sellers who are attempting to follow fair and transparent pricing.
I’m asking for support from the community and a **moderator escalation** so that this issue can be reviewed manually and corrected. This is not just about one listing—it's about ensuring that automated systems do not override verified and accurate market pricing without proper validation.
If anyone else has experienced similar issues with incorrect competitive pricing or has successfully escalated a similar case, your input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Hello,
New seller here, you are not alone. I have a product with the same issue. It's in line with what's with the brand and Google Shopping. My price is way less; if anything, I should be raising it by $4.00. If you get a solution, please let us know.
