Can't Make A New Listing

Hey.
I tried making up a new listing last Saturday. came up with a msg say something when wrong. Thought it was something wrong with the system. So Sunday and Monday I tried. same thing. anyone had this problem.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? Which device or computer are you using?
