Listing hijacked
When i click my listing in Amazon seller central it comes up my listing with a different price and a completely different company (not mine), i can’t even check my listing to see any edits i’ve made. Contacted Amazon support and they completely avoided the question and said i should update the brand via upload. Contacted Amazon support again via chat and when i explained the problem the associate left the chat. This makes me think something fishy is going on. Are Amazon compliant in this listing hijacking? Any help greatly appreciated

Many sellers have mentioned this happening, and it is usually because the associate does not know the answer or how to deal with the problem !!! - an easy way out !

The problem you are describing is not clear. You say when you are in seller central Ie your selling account, it has a different price. You set the the price or do you mean you have a competitor advertising a different price.
I am not sure whether you are describing an issue with a hijacked listing or a hacked account?
The associate may have left the chat because you didn’t clearly explain your issue as I am not sure what it is either.

i get that its to do with “featured offers” but i cant even check my listing to check any edits

A quick look shows you are on a number of listings, mainly generic ones. On some you are the sole seller, on others there are other sellers.
If you look at one of your listings and there’s another seller showing then you are still seeing the listing - there’s no hidden listing with your edits applied. The listing doesn’t rotate between different versions for each seller.
Edit - I can see one of your previous listings has had the photos changed, but the only seller now appears to be Amazon Warehouse.

It’s not your listing. Maybe another seller may also selling on that listing as they are allowed to and they had the buy box when you looked at the listing.
