Seller and Product Feedback

My Amazon shop is new so the listings dont show product price or buy box yet even though I manufacture them.
I have made a small handful of sales so far and am asking buyers to please leave seller and product feedback which will hopefully help, but despite shipping the items the same or next day and providing tracking numbers, the items are still shown as being in dispatch, but the buyers have confirmed that they have already received the items in the post, but they cant leave feedback.

Any ideas how they can mark it as received or am I doing something wrong in the shipping side of things?

They don’t show as received on amazon - unlike ebay - just shipped

They should be able to leave feedback as long as the EDD has passed

Careful how you are asking though as any request for positive feedback and reviews is against policy

No, that is not a feature on Amazon, but as mentioned, be very careful how you word your requests for feedback.

The estimated delivery date keeps changing now. Some of the customers have said that they received their items last week but on the app it says “We’re very sorry your delivery is late” and then suggests the customers contact Amazon for a refund if it hasn’t arrived by later this week.
This is making me look bad and the shop is brand new!
