I need your advice on a critical issue. Today is the final day for my inventory appeal, and I’ve submitted all the required invoices to the designated email address (inventory-appeals@amazon.co.uk), along with a screenshot as proof of submission. However, I’m still receiving the same notification, and there’s been no confirmation of a review.
This is an urgent matter, as without resolution today, my business faces severe consequences, including the risk of bankruptcy. I’ve tried everything I can on my end, but it seems like my case hasn’t been reviewed yet.
Does anyone have experience with getting a response or escalating such cases? Is there a way to ensure a human review happens quickly? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you opened a case with Seller Support and have a case ID ? If so then you could try emailing the MD with the ID. The only other thing I can suggest is to try Amazon mediation service. There may be a cost, but many have reported that the issue has been resolved without any payment being required.
