Is this review against policy?

Hi guys,

would you say this review is against amazons policy? They are refusing to remove it which i think is slightly unfair, bearing in mind the product sold for £19.47 and postage alone cost £7.20.

Also if i hadnt packed it properly and it broke the customer would only complain about that also!
The review - ‘Very expensive, and enormous packing.’

Thanks in advance,
best wishes

This is their point of view, which they are allowed to publish.
Without seeing the product and packaging involved none of us can say otherwise.
BUT
For example …If it was a diamond ring, then at £19.47 + delivery charge the buyer could not say the item was very expensive and we would agree with you.
In other words, more details (an ASIN) is required before we could possibly comment.
Whatever the item, the buyer has already agreed to the price by accepting and ordering. Perhaps there is a quality issue?

On items were postage is huge compared to actual item I always sell with postage added separately. Even though it actually works out the same its all about perception customer do actually believe free means free. In reality it should actually say included but until trading standards take up the issue It will remain free in name only.
