Your account is at risk
Looking for advice - we have Received an Intellectual Property Complaint raised against us relating to an item they stated was counterfeit by the original seller of the listing. The item is not counterfeit it was purchased from a limited company several years ago who were closing down. The items are only less than £10 and we only had a handful of them all with the original packing with barcodes.
We have reached out to the company that complained explaining this and asking for support to get the complaint removed but they have not responded.
Our account health has gone from over 200 healthy to zero due to this and we are looking for advice how we are able to get this removed or any other advice as we do not want our account deactivated
Thanks

When you listed on the asin did you go to catalogue - add products and enter the ean and check the brand ?
If you purchased from a ltd company - do you mean an official wholesaler - or liquidated stock etc ?
If the latter, did you list as used - like new ?

Hi thanks for the quick reply - I scanned the barcode using the amazon app and it assigned it to the original listing and therefore I added it to that listing.
They were purchased as liquidated stock but they were/are unused and still in original packing so we set them up as NEW.
