I am writing to express my concern regarding the prolonged delay in the verification process for my seller account. It has been nearly three months when i signed up and from then their verification process started, and unfortunately, my account is still pending approval.

Amazon has asked me couple of additional documents which i provided and they also asked about number of individuals who accessed my account and location they accessed it from, i have been contacting seller support nearly everyday but they just say that your account is still under verification, you'll get an email with information once it's done.

Could anyone please help and advice if anyone else has encountered the same problem.

I'm writing here to enlighten my concern of account verification pending process prolonged delay as I'm literally terrified by this now as I have already shared my details thrice with amazon but every time they keep on asking for some or the other documents or the same documents which have already been submitted. I have been in a miserable situation because of this pathetic behaviour of amazon. My case is still open with amazon just being charged every month unnecessarily with no resolution.

Hi- is there anyone on Amazon that can help with this? We submitted multiple documents over a month ago for our UK account over a month ago. We submitted all documents and bank statements that reflect the company that our UK account is registered to. initial verification was working correctly. again i have received the notification for upcoming call next during 3 days for verification documents , still no response from Amazon verification team after 20 days. he is hurt and disappoint to seller, we are invested with your platforms, i have sent regional all documents, but is again and again verification. the account is on hold, at least should return seller's fund if Amazon is not satisfied from the seller and after can block account. Amazon should be policy fair with the seller related verification process.
