Competing seller buys and cancels their orders

Someone keeps purchasing all our stock of one ASIN and keeping our offers/stock unavailable all the time. We had 45 such orders in last 5 days. It started when we reduced price of the product.

We also have received message threating us with false AZ cases if we will not stop selling this ASIN about 15 days ago.

Please suggest best course of action to deal with the anticompetitive behaviour.
