Selling prices are decreases

We are selling on break even prices right now but our competitors have lowered their prices about 1 to 1.5 GBP. So, I cannot compete on this much price as I will be selling in loss. Please guide what to do at this situation. Kindly informed me about the market situation right now.

Maybe your competitors buy the product cheaper, or can post it cheaper
Maybe they just haven’t priced it correctly
Or maybe they are selling it off cheap as they are closing or ending that line

If you can’t afford to drop your price you need to hold it where it is and hope they sell out

What do you sell ?

Your competitors maybe clearing stock that they can not sell. They may be short of cash and trying to sell items even at a loss to increase their cash flow.

They may have brought the items cheaper than you or they may have lower postage costs.

They may not realise they are making a loss (this does happen)

All of the above and other factors can impact a sellers price.

If you can’t compete you will have to wait for them to sell out of their stock. There is nothing else you can do unless you want to put your prices down to match them.

I had this a couple of times with my products (just wait till they sell out) only option for me! or sell at a loss not an option in my opinion.

You’re selling products with competition and low BSR these sort of listings normally have pricing wars. Some sellers may be struggling with cashflow at the moment and could be selling at breakeven or even a loss. 4 products is not enough to gauge anything from though.
