Amazon lending strange behaviour

hi we were offered amazon loan before and we took it two times and then returned back in 3 months each time.this time it was offered again and we applied for it and we were very sure that we will get it as last two times it was all done in one day.we made buying commitments and other commitments and then the loan application was pending for so long and we kept emailing them daily but got no response and after 7 days they said that you cant get it as you recently got some policy voilations, but our order defect rate is very low and sales are good and everything ok.was shocked and really all finances disturbed due to this, dont know when will get next invite

Not sure what happened there. You can try elsewhere , these days there are loads places which give loans to online sellers. Fundingcircle is one of them but there are many others if you search around.

Amazon did same thing to us This month as well. We ve applied more over 3 times previously without any issues so this time same reason they gave you is what they gave us too. They really dont care if you have made commitments or have debts to pay. Its Ridiculous we are in the same boat as you.

Aww thats terrible.you simply cant appeal.the invite shouldnt appear at all if they decline it later.it should only be visible when you are fully eligible

Amazon Lending is also based on the amount of stock you currently hold in FBA - the more stock you have stored in FBA, the higher the Amazon Lending offer - the reason being if you can’t keep up the loan repayments - Amazon will have a hold on the stock you have in FBA.

But yes, also your defect rates are a factor too.

Barclaycard do zero interest cash transfers to bank accounts for a low fee (1.9% fee for 18 months interest free). Providing you manage your repayments well it might be worth doing that. There doesn’t appear to be any restriction on personal use either.
