Can no longer sell brand product - is there a way to fix this?
Hello, Sellers,
Several weeks ago all my ASINs of a certain brand (not PL, sold for 3-4 years) became inactive on all AZ EU marketplaces. Not long ago the same happened with another brand products. No notification was received before. (A perfect present before Q4)
I found out that I need to request approval. But I click on the “Request Approval” button it takes me to another page where it simply says " Your account does not qualify".
I have the authorization letter from the brand owner to sell these products.
Recently got this response from Amazon support:
"Our aim is to provide the best possible shopping experience in our store. As such, our selling requirements are based on a number of factors that ensure a good shopping experience for customers.
If an application becomes available to sell this product, you will see a Request Approval button appear next to the product in the Add a Product feature in Seller Central."
At this point, I am not sure if this is a “canned response” or this is a clear indication that this is a dead-end or maybe I should take other actions.
Any advice on who has experience with this kind of issue is greatly appreciated.

When is this dated?
Perhaps since its issue, the brand owner has decided to gate the brand, so only they can sell on Amazon.
