Listings supressed due restrictions to Nortthern ireland

Dear wise forum users,

Please help if anyone encountered this.

We sell plants, listings created after 14th of May all being suppressed according to emails and reply on the caes we logged with amazon. No supressed tab on our dashboard. Managed to talk to customer representative who checked and says our listing are supressed now due to Brexit products witj soil not allowed to send to Northern Ireland.

The problem is how do we remove Northern Irelnd from shipping options as its part of UK. Tried editing shipping settings its gives error !Some regions do not have assigned transit times and shipping rates. And 1 of them are required to be selected.

Customer rep. not sure how to fix this ether. We are in limbo at the moment.
