Help with new FBA flow
Hi all,
We’re looking to ship our first pallet into FBA, previously an old colleague helped me to understand the old process. I notice it has changed to a new flow and I’m confused as to how to ensure I’m booking in correctly.
We have 176 units to go onto the pallet (88 x 2 different ASINs). Each unit will be put onto a pallet and labelled with an ASIN sticker.
At Step 1 stage, I select ‘Individual Units’ underneath ‘Packing Details’ and then fill out the required information and ‘Quantity to Send’ on each ASIN as 88 units.
It then takes me to Step 1b - Pack individual units. For packing information it asks if ‘everything will fit into one box’. But I am packing everything onto a pallet, not into boxes. What do I select here?
If I select ‘one box’, it then asks for dimensions and weight, which I could put as the pallet size and weight.
The problem with this is that then once I get through to Step 2 and select ‘Less than Truckload (LTL)’ and get through to Step 4, the option for using Amazon-partnered carrier is greyed out stating that the weight is undefined.
Am I following the steps correctly?
Thanks in advance!

Or if you click at the top the old work flow is still available, wish I’d seen that before

I think you put exactly how it’s packed into step 1b so for you it’s 176 boxes, or you probably want to have them as case packed not individual.
Then in Step 2 you should be able to make it a pallet
I’ve just sent them some choice feedback to what I think of the new system lol

I’m sure it wasn’t there before, but maybe I’m just tired…! Thanks again
