DAC7 account deactivated

I am residing in the EU and selling on Amazon US through an LLC. While submitting the DAC7 form, I encountered an issue where the form keeps asking for a VAT number, even though I selected 'No, I don’t have a VAT number' for my registered address. Can someone help me resolve this? My account has already been deactivated.
