New Amazon seller account
Hello I just opened an Amazon seller account last week and my account was suspended after everything was verified. I tried to appeal but no response I did a second appeal no response. Please help I don’t know what is going on & what to do or how to contact Amazon.
I think the problem could be my Master Card because its From South Africa and it doesn’t match the German address. I learnt this after reading some of the issues presented here on this platform.what can I do to Reactive my account? Thanks

Verification does not happen that quickly. It’s currently taking several months. All that has happened so far is that you have submitted the documents and information needed for the verification process to start, and then your account has been suspended while it takes place. This is perfectly normal. You can’t do anything else unless/until Amazon come back to you. Don’t contact Amazon or you’ll go to the back of the queue and wait even longer

Just to add to what @olderithian says. You may have a problem with your card…not sure what you mean exactly (different to German address) but i would get that in order in case Amazon fail your varification because of it…then that will only serve to prolong your wait

I meant that my master has a South African Billing Address code with my full name but the rest of my documents have my current residential address which is German address. But on the documents I sent on my appeal I gave them my Visa card form Germany.
So what do I do to sort out this credit card issue that may prolong my situation? Or was putting my German Visa card on the appeal enough?
