I want to add a whole new account holder name and bank account information to my deposit method since the last payment information failed to verify. Every time I go to add new details my old Account holder name pops up in the box and I cant change it even after deleting and deactivating the old details please can I have support I was told that it would be easy to be replaced but im having issues

Your business structure appears to be that of a Ltd company.
As such both your charge and deposit methods should be the Ltd company rather than any personal accounts. Check the charge method is related to the company first then you should be able to update the deposit account.
Be careful with this, since I changed my Deposit Method (Approved) I have not been paid. My Payout date keeps going forward and when I click 'Pay Now' on Available Balance it just says processing for 24 hours before not paying out, the next payout date then extends further away.
