Chinese sellers copying items we manufacture ourselves from our own designs and listing on our listings

Hi All,

My first real post here I think so hopefully you can all help me.

We manufacture metal artwork ourselves here in the UK and sell it on Amazon.
Recently we’ve had Chinese sellers copying the product and my photographs of our products.

They have both created their own listings with their own barcodes as copies of our product and stolen our photos for these listings.

And also they have now started listing on our own items the copies they have made of our products.

These are our designs ( I made them myself from tracing photographs and then editing).

What can I do about this?

Many thanks in advance,

Neil

Do you sell anywhere else?

Amazon generally won’t take action unless you can show that the photo has been stolen from your via anothour source like eBay or your website. We just got two removed by linking to our photos on eBay. They were two designs I haven’t registered yet.

I register them in batches of 50 here. It only works out about £3 per registration if you do them in batches of 50.
