Returns/SAFE-T claim?

I have several returns that have not reached me due to incompetence of Hermes. Amazon have granted A_Z claims against me, funded by me. Hermes claim that I need to contact Amazon for reimbursement, Amazon tell me to contact Hermes So any advice on how I can get reimbursement, is a SAFE-T claim for that? thanks
