they said my brand is approved but now said rejected, "Frustrated with Brand Rejection and Lack of Support"
I'm extremely frustrated and confused. My brand was approved, but now it’s suddenly rejected. I contacted support, and they told me I would see the effect within 24 hours. But instead of resolving it, they rejected it again, claiming I attached the label instead of the product image. I’ve now uploaded the correct image, but I don’t understand why it was approved initially only to be rejected later.
To make things worse, no one from the chat support team provided clear guidance. I specifically asked if they saw my brand as approved, and all they said was, “You’ll see the effect in 24 hours.” There’s no proper support or helpful instructions, and I’m left feeling ignored and frustrated. This lack of clear communication is unacceptable.
