SFP orders not allowing RM after EVRI collection time

SFP orders not allowing RM after EVRI collection time

I get this every day and here is another example, I got an order in (after 4pm cut off time for SFP,) and although my EVRI collection is set to 4pm it won’t let me use my later RM collection which is at 5pm. Even though on the order it says " Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise Carrier: Royal Mail Shipping Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24"
