Thanks for contacting Amazon Forums. I have just reviewed your account, and it appears that you have some pending requirements. To submit your documentation, navigate to the settings in the upper right corner, select Account Info, and then click on Reactivate Account. You can also try to access directly by clicking this link, but make sure you are logged into your account before doing so.
