please, help me how to solve my dangerous goods classification case.

Amazon noted: "Upload a valid SDS for this ASIN. An exemption sheet cannot be accepted."

I produce a simple cosmetic, I'm the manufacturer and it is not classified as a dangerous good!

So, there is no SDS documentation and it does not need to be, but Amazon still asks me to upload it.

I have already spoken to customer service, but I cannot make them understand that this is not a dangerous good, it does not fall under this classification, please review it, there is no SDS documentation, it is a normal cosmetic.

They have blocked the stock until then.

What should I do in this case? Where can I turn to get the matter resolved?

Where can I normally apply or set that this is not a dangerous good?

From my own experience, this happens, for example, when products are classified as dangerous goods and therefore have to be recalled. Unfortunately, you get the feeling that once a product has been classified as dangerous goods (in my own experience, it was a foodstuff with alcohol content, i.e. not a dangerous good in the legal sense but for Amazon), then it sits somewhere as blocked stock that nobody wants to touch. In our case, it took months and countless cases for the goods to be returned. The only thing that helped us was to constantly open cases and pester the seller service team with the problem.

What time period are we talking about?

Are the goods ‘reserved’? If so, they may be transferred from distribution centres to different warehouses. Or the goods are checked because they are new goods or a dangerous goods check is carried out.
