You should have received communication in one of 4 ways (or multiple of them):
- Through an email to your primary email account registered with Amazon
- Through a Performance Notification
- Through a case in your seller support case log
- On the seller performance page under Product Safety Customer Complaints
If it’s on the performance page, there should be a link next to it to appeal or respond. Should provide instructions/required documents/etc.
If it’s through a case it should also provide similar details, if it doesn’t you can respond to the case to ask what is required.
For the other two you may need to open a case and provide the ASIN/etc. for them to look into it and get back to you later.
Regardless of how they request the information the turn-around time for product safety issues is generally very fast, however if the documentation you provide isn’t quite 100% what Amazon want, you’re not likely to get a response telling you what’s missing/wrong.
Good luck getting the product reinstated.
