Email address not associated
Has anyone ever had this issue before? No notification that our account is at risk or anything like that, but now when we try to log into seller central we get an error: “Not Authorised - We don’t have a seller account associated with that email address”.
Our storefront is still live, and we are still receiving emails from Amazon about customers orders that are waiting to be processed, returns pending etc but we can’t access seller central to do anything.
We’ve had this issue for 7 weeks now and seller support have been completely useless. I spend about 4 hours a day trying to get them to help me.
Note: The issue is not with the account I’m writing from, but another account. Because we can’t log in to seller central, we also can’t access the seller forums from that account.
