Bank account verification - deposit methods

I currently have limited access to my amazon selling services. i'm asked to complete bank account verification but when i select this i'm taken to deposit method page at the top it says "Verification is required. Complete the verification(s) below to continue to receive your disbursements." there is nothing to select below, my bank account is there and "ACCOUNT VERIFICATION STATUS Verification in progress" can anyone assist me here please
