I dentifty Verification Problem

Hi !
I am outside from uk .I add uk market in my amazon account . i create professional account .i select Business type Privately Owned Business. for identity verification i submit my LTD documents and all necessary documents . But amazon does not approve it . i tried to prove my identity last 40 days i fail .

I received this notification from amazon .
