Message in a language I don't speak

Good morning,

I’m hoping someone can help me with an issue. I received a message for a return/refund in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish, is there a way to have my message translated? Or a setting I need to change? It was for a sale within the US.

I just started FBM and this is my first return also so there’s already a learning curve with that. I was previously only doing FBA.

You can copy and paste the message into Google Translate.

I just wanted to confirm the advice that @Seller_Z94U2smN0QDFk gave you. Currently, we do not automatically translate messages in other languages automatically so a translation tool will need to be used. However, that function would be a great idea. It's definitely something we'll share up to development teams.
