Dear Amazon Seller Partner Team.
I am a jewelry seller and recently Amazon judge my products as child jewelry, so I need to provide child CPC. But it is a misjudgment since those products were design for adult and are adult size (not suitable for child to wear)
I create several cases and some Amazon partner told me that this is because my listing have words:"girl" and some relative words. So I upload template to update those products. After that I submit appeal, but it didn't work. They told me my listing still have the word "girl"
Then, I review my listing on backstage, it shows correctly, but front page didn't change. And I create more case, they told me that my listing won contribution by my EU account (But I never upload on it) I felt so unbelievable, my EU account did closed for long times ago, and my product where upload on 2022, so no chance it would win contribution to EU account.
They told me that:
To resolve this issue, you simply have to log in to your EU account and remove the SKU which are winning the contribution for 24 hrs, then log back in to your NA region account which is for the USA, CA, MX and BR and submit a full update feed file once again so that the contribution done via SKU present in the NA region will be winning.
But I never upload on EU and my EU account was closed. No way I need to re-activate it and delete a non-exist listing.
I tried to delete the product from Amazon USA for 24 hours, but it didn't work either. So how could I solve those problems? Child jewelry misjudgment and couldn't edit listing
I just want to solve the problem and keep selling on Amazon. Please HELPPPPPP!!!
