Hello Amazon Team,Hope you are doing good.I am writing this to bring to your kind attention that I created an account as a seller on sellercentral.amazon.com. I uploaded all the documents required.Within few hours of creating one I decided not to go ahead with it.I even e-mailed that I want to close the account while it was under review. My account got activated with full verification.It’s just that I changed my mind. I’ll re join later when I am more prepared.It has not been even 24 hours since my account became active. I have closed it already.I’d really appreciate if you can refund the fee of $29.99 CAD that got deducted from my account as fee for professional account.

I have been trying to reach amazon.ca who charged my credit card since my country of marketplace listed was Canada, but when I login it says, “ Your accounts didn’t load.” I Have tried my best but unable to reach the correct customer service department. It will be great if someone can help resolve this or guide me in the right direction.

When i go to sellercentral.amazon.com, it shows me all other countries except US/Canada.

Absolutely no-one here in UK can do anything, as do not have access to your account. I would think it highly unlikely that your account would have been fully verified so quickly, and until it was fully verified you cannot close an unverified account. You need to keep on at Canada seller support..

That’s the problem, when I login to the sellercentral.ca, it shows the account doesn’t load. There is no ‘help’ or contact option. The only access I have is to the UK forum and customer service for UK which I didn’t even choose. This shouldn’t be such complicated to be honest.
