Account Verification - Physical Trading Address

We have registered our account and verified several months ago, we have used our LTD company based in the UK. As we are selling only on Amazon and doing FBA, we currently do not have a physical trading address, no office or warehouse or store, we have future plans for office, however we are brand new and it is very early stage and also it is not perfect time to go outside due to Corona Virus issue.
Recently we have received our first payment from Amazon (nothing big) and after a few days we have been requested by seller verification team to submit the document that shows share holders of the company. We have submitted requested document from companies house and then we received another request to submit our physical trading address. issue here is we use our accountant address as registered business address which is same with the Companies House as well. We also have bank statement from Transferwise which reflects same address, and indeed this is how our account was verified in the beginning. So I have submitted same docs but received another email and asking again same question: Submit your physical trading address or else account will be suspended! Did you guys face the same issue? how did you respond and solve the problem here? Thanks for the support in advance.

You are not a proper ltd company in the UK, you are in actual fact a NETP.
So at the very least, if you are storing goods in the UK, you HAVE TO register for VAT.
This is why they are asking for a physical address.
