Disbursement Issue - Tuesday 25/06/24

Anyone having issues with disbursements today?

I triggered the daily disbursement at 7.30am this morning but 2h30 later, still no email confirmation that the disbursement had been processed. It seems frozen on "started" status. Usually we get the confirmation email within minutes

same here, I've opened the case but the answer as always had no sense to any help, jesus christ when Amazon will train those people to give any help not just copy and paste which doesn't make sense!!!!!

Hi we have the same. When we open a case it was written to us that our account is under verification. Yes this is from more then 4 months. But until today we did not have problems. We receive money every month. We receive email later today but at the system this information was not update yet. We will see tomorrow.

Same here but it took around 4 hours until it it actually started - email received. give it some time, if after 24 h not working, then defo contact SS
