A lying customer
in 1 of my orders worth £90 the buyer made a claim with amazon saying item is not arrived after only a week then after getting a refund item was deliverd i make an a to z apeel but nothing has happened and amazon hasent responded after a month

What was the estimated delivery date for the order? Because if the a-z was opened AFTER the estimated delivery date, then the customer wasn’t lying.

ive had 7 order of the same product all refunded due to missing parts. its baby wipes yet ive ordered my own product to see if there was something wrong and amazon just not bothered so far nearly cost me over £100 in refunds when it gets to that im closing the add !

That’s likely your problem. Amazon is all based on barcodes and scans. If all your items are barcoded, then amazon may assume that is the item. It’s probably more luck than anything you got a box of 12.
You need ONE barcode on to represent the box of 12
