Requesting removal of inappropriate seller ratings
Hi Amazon,
We've had a number of negative seller ratings lately and a couple are inappropriate. We've requested removal via the usual channels and got the usual absolute lack of support from the bots.
As per the policy below, which these bots very kindly quoted to me and still didn't help
- Amazon only removes feedback in the following cases:
- The feedback includes obscene language.
- The feedback includes seller-specific personally identifiable information.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review.
We require the following seller ratings removed in line with your terms above.
ID 10953209112 - entire feedback is a product review.
ID 10953349432 - not only is the entire feedback a product review, it's a product review for a large cat bed, we sold them 2 packs of trading cards.
ID 10956686632 - again a product review
ID 10661389012 - entirely a product review
ID 10661934022 - entirely a product review
